mid coffee for a premium price & overpriced diabetes, go support your local coffee shop instead.
This is a busy Starbucks located in the middle of the food court. Despite the traffic, the staff are all friendly and helpful. I'd like to give a shout-out to Rocque (I'm sorry if I have misspelled the name). I rarely buy from Starbucks, and if I do, it's just always a matcha frappe. I redeemed my birthday rewards in this location and asked the staff (Rocque) what does he recommend. He excitedly told me his favorite blend and checked with me if it suited my taste. Boy, it was really good! I appreciate that he went above and beyond to recommend something for me when I was clueless about what I wanted to get. Thanks a lot!
If your in hurry don’t come to this location, large line ups all the time.. but lots of staff getting out the orders..
Have you ever heard of a Starbucks with NO WIFI? Welcome to Metrotown Food Fair floor where they're too cheap to FIX THE WIFI THAT HAS BEEN OUT FOR MONTHS!!! Are you saying you DON'T MAKE ENOUGH MONEY with your OVERPRICED products to OFFER WIFI to your customers? Just another reason to SKIP these corporate ROBBERS. You'll never get another nickel of my money. Oh, and your coffee TASTES BURNED. 4 months later, the wifi is on, but SUCKS as badly as the "coffee". Avoid at all costs.
If I could give zero stars for what I experienced in this Starbucks a few weeks ago I would. Saw the employee yelling at another employee and I felt embarrassed for them. How could treat your colleagues like this? In front of customers yelling at them. Disrespectful! Is this how Starbucks treat their employees? Over insults? Over yelling? I will never go back there. Poor them, I feel sorry for them.
