I’ve never been one to write reviews, but this is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. There were ~20 guys blocking the front of the entrance and ~30 teenage girls surrounding the mobile order pickup. As I’m standing there waiting for my mobile order, one of them nudged me out of the way with their shoulder. I probably stood there for ~20 minutes. More and more people kept piling in, and I ended up walking out and going through the drive thru because I felt so overwhelmed. I couldn’t even reverse out of my parking spot for ~10 minutes because the drive thru line was blocking me in. I waited in the drive thru for ~25 minutes. I asked for no cheese on my breakfast sandwich; they put cheese on it. I took a sip of my refresher; it’s the most watered down refresher I’ve ever had. I will never be coming to this location again. The service and atmosphere was horrible. Save your time and your sanity and avoid this location at all costs.
I ordered my usually and the cup was half full I might as well have ordered a tall instead of a grande :/
We were there at one o'clock in the afternoon. And there were just a huge number of students there. These students, apparently, are already in their classes, ordered coffee and cocktails. I ordered coffee quietly, there were few people. But a minute later, just a huge crowd of students came. I had to wait quite a long time for my coffee to be ready. It's dangerous to be there at one o'clock in the afternoon.

I’d give it 5 stars if I had consistent results but there have been times when my drinks would be watered down or not to my liking, also I have to remember that it is considered fast food so packaged heated up food isn’t the cup of tea I’m looking for in the morning. But the service is great and the atmosphere is great. Everybody works very hard in there and they have great attitudes.
The team at this location are always so *genuinely* kind and friendly. This is a true gift to have and to start your morning like this and share that energy to your customers so early in the day is a superpower. I want to give a special shout out to Julie. She’s just a wholesome being and I love how she remembers my (easy to forget) name every time. Simple acts of service that are magical.
