I've never been to a Starbucks with such inept employees. They seem to put mobile orders low on the priority list.

This is consistently the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been too. The service is painfully slow, the drinks are always made incorrectly, and the staff are super rude. I will almost always drive out of my way to go elsewhere for my coffee, knowing that it’ll most likely be made correct in chestnut hill.

No hot food. And no mocha. Part of the reason pay $5 for a latte is atmosphere and experience, they want to be delighted by a nice drink in a nice place. This place is not delightful. Nice workers tho
