One of the most consistent Starbucks. Coffee is usually good, staff are nice and friendly. Many places won't even try to pronounce my name for an online order but they call out my order here which is nice

Standard Starbucks with decent service, including online ordering. Parking: City lot behind. 3 spaces on side and five in front with 6 across the street

store was supposed to close at 8 but showed up at 5 and they were already closed? constantly closing early because they don’t want to stay longer

I wish I could give this Star Bucks no stars. I was very disappointed today while trying to buy my favorite drink . When I order my drink it was just before a big rush of school kids that came in. As I was the only person POC in the store I had to wait till they served over 16 people before I received my drink. I noticed all of these people came in after me and was behind me when I ordered. I went up to the counter and had to ask where my drink was as I came in before all of these people who ordered after me and getting their drinks before me. I was confused at this time. The lady says oh it was a big rush and she will look into my drink in a minute. I’m not a person to raise the color card but today I realized what was going on and it made me feel away. I will never purchase from here again. I’ve never had an experience like this from a star Bucks before and I never will have another. I don’t ever leave reviews but today I felt something that I never want to experience again. Thanks Star Bucks of Brookline for opening my eyes!!!

the lighting is kinda off in the back/side of store but it’s a Starbucks
