Starbucks

Ordered a coffee off Uber eats with cinnamon powder on it. Didn’t expect a coffee with an inch coating of cinnamon that I had to scoop out myself. No matter how much I took off it was still way too much, not sure if their shaker is broken or something but I don’t know who would of made that coffee and packaged it up thinking it would be appetizing.

Best Starbucks in Westchester by far the staff is welcoming and friendly. They always have exactly what I’m looking for and comes out fast and delicious.

Senel is the greatest hostess for this Scarsdale Starbucks. She went out of her way to fix an issue for me with redeeming a BOGO voucher for coffee and is always pleasant and greets every customer with a welcome and a smile.

You can call right now and see that no one answers. I ordered from DoorDash and they did not put any cream cheese on purpose with two bagels. They say you can get it and make sure on request but disable everything you can do to make sure you actually get what you order. If I wanted to eat dry bread I would have ordered juice instead.

This Starbucks is NEVER open on time. It’s not even open a little late. They open over an hour late most mornings. May I ask the point of having opening hours when there are none?

The service could be better, waited super long after having ordered on the app. After enquiring, the drinks were made and the caramel macchiato tasted bad. I usually order that so it was disappointing.
