It was my birthday, I asked the employee it’s my birthday and if I can get my reward but he totally ignored me. Never going back there again.

Rude baritas

My wife and I went through the drive-thru, and my wife was trying to tell them we wanted a second drink for me, and she was cut off by the barista on the intercom by telling us our total. My wife interjected, saying we wanted a second to think about what the other drink we wanted a part of our order was. After she said that, you could audibly hear all of the baristas over the intercom say "Ooooooo", in a rude way. It made us not want to come back to this one ever again.
