I had quite an adventure getting to this place on October 20th, around 8:30 pm. All I wanted was to buy a few mugs as gifts, not a drink. But when I got there, the door was inexplicably shut, and the staff inside seemed to be playing the "ignore the customer" game, despite the sign clearly saying they were open until 9 p.m. So, I stood there knocking for what felt like an eternity, and still, no one came out to explain what was going on. Frustrated, I decided to give them a call, hoping for some answers. Well, that call turned out to be just as disappointing. The person on the other end couldn't care less about my situation and had a rude attitude, saying the manager wasn't around and that they could close whenever they felt like it. It was unprofessional and really rubbed me the wrong way. To top it off, they mentioned they had cleaning to do and hung up abruptly. The whole experience left me pretty sour. I hope they work on their communication and customer service so others don't have to go through the same frustrating ordeal.

I just walked away from that store , they’re extremely disrespectful. I ordered a Pumpkin Cold Brew in the store . There were 8 people working, they were all laughing and talking between them . They were doing everything except providing a decent service. They should respect customers and their time .
