Starbucks

After a 40 mins wait on a line they decided they were only doing online orders. We are at a conference I understand the pressure. But if that was going to be decided they should’ve announce it on advance. Edit after reply: I don’t mind the wait, I understood there was going to be a long waiting time. I mind that I waited 40 mins and my order was not taken. And then I had to leave to another coffee place and make another line to order in another place all rushed. You didn’t take into consideration my time at all.

Good service but food pricey

It’s you’re ordinary Starbucks but the people who work here are sooooo nice !! I stayed at the renaissance for 3 nights and the man knew my order the second day I came. So friendly and all smiles in the morning :)

I don’t understand why I have to pay $8 for a mocha that I have to mix myself?

I wish all the Starbucks had employees this pleasant AND EFFICIENT! Very nice location, very nice store and very EFFICIENT employees!
