Starbucks

I went to the Starbucks near the Ulta store and didn’t like how they made my drink and since I was going to Target anyways I figured I could have them remake my drink. The African American guy told me no and that it’s against store policy to switch drinks even though I told them that I didn’t want to switch my drinks and that it tasted like they put in almond milk instead of oat milk I know the difference between the two. He then managed to tell me to go back to them and have them remake it. Starbucks is this how you treat your customers for having a drink redone shame on this Starbucks location
