Starbucks is always my wife's goto drink Mocha Frapp
IT'S HARD TO JUST WALK IN FOR A CUP OF COFFIE WITHOUT THE PERSON IN FRONT OF YOU ORDERING A MOCAFRAPCINO, WITH CARMEL GLAZE, SKIM MILK AND A TOUCH OF CHI CINNAMON EXTRACT AND WHIP CREAM , OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT. UGH.
Yesterday morning, I made a visit to Starbucks around 11 a.m. Unfortunately, during my brief stay of about 15 minutes, I managed to leave my bag behind. Upon realizing my mistake, I returned to the store twice with my son to inquire about it. Despite my persistence, the staff at the counter repeatedly informed me that nothing matching my description had been turned in to the lost and found. Frustrated but determined, I requested to speak with the manager. To my surprise, one of the young employees claimed to be the manager. Despite my insistence, she maintained that my bag was not in their possession. Feeling a sense of disbelief and frustration, I couldn't understand how they could be so sure without thoroughly checking. Finally, after persisting, the so-called manager reluctantly agreed to check in the back once more. Lo and behold, my bag was miraculously discovered. However, instead of offering any semblance of apology or understanding, she handed it over with a dismissive attitude, accompanied by a sarcastic remark questioning if it was indeed mine. This experience left me feeling helpless and disappointed. Starbucks, a company renowned for its commitment to customer service, should not tolerate such apathy and indifference from its employees, especially those in managerial positions. It's disheartening to encounter individuals who lack any semblance of passion or dedication to their work, and it raises serious questions about the hiring and training practices within the organization.
The passcode for restroom is available on the door , which is really convenient for anyone ! PS : the barista didn’t mix my sugar cookie almond latte drink properly
Got a drink today and was very disappointed, every sip I took there was pieces of straw paper inside my drink.. and it wasn’t from me because I opened the straw and threw away the wrapper, had to end up throwing my $6 drink away because it was just nasty having something come out every sip…
Very busy. But clean and orders are efficiently done. Vegetarian options: Veggie plates available in refrigerated area
So frustrating! I put in a mobile order and waited almost 30 minutes to be told that they were out of what I ordered and that was after I went up to the register to find out what was taking so long.
Store is always closed. When it’s open you wait 20 minutes for a drink. Go to putterham or star market
