Wife and I went to Starbucks a few days before Christmas(12/21 I believe). Big mistake. Wife ordered a Tall Decaf and I ordered a mocha. The clerk taking our order was wearing a mask and we couldn’t understand him. He asked my wife "what type, the Decaf Americana or the (indecipherable)?" She told him she couldn't understands him. He repeated it again without pulling down his mask. We never did understand him during the entire exchange. She just told him to give her the Americana(whatever that is). I’ve frequented this Starbucks for years but not recently. Store was dirty and drinks came without the paper koozies. Stirrers and Splenda, which used to be available, were not. We had to ask the clerk for them. We won’t be back.
Menu is mid, just has enough sugar or spices to keep it interesting. The name is only the biggest because they sell the Barista atmosphere as often as they can, and the coffee-addicted masses come gravitating. Have a great coffee grounds recycling program ...but when they throw the "sealed" used coffee bags down by the door, the storage bag tears and opens up when you put it in your Range Rover. Now the meager price of their coffee is eclipsed by the cost of the detail and cleaning bill.

i waited a damn hour on my food and they didn’t have the system updated. they had a lot of people so i took it as they were understaffed. that happens. nope they didn’t have the food that i ordered and paid for on the app. each store is responsible for updating inventory. it’s a stupid excuse. if they didn’t have something for other people’s orders they made sure to tell them. i literally took my drink from the guy placing them out on the pick up counter and they said literally nothing. this location has always just been off
