Difficult parking especially if you have a large vehicle, but great service.

The staff is so friendly!

No drive thru here at this location, which made me have to go in. This place was once a bank, so there are very high ceilings which makes it lose some of the usual warmth of other locations.

The most spacious, open Starbucks in Columbus!

I like this Starbucks and I frequent it a lot but today I went in there on December 26 and they had 50% off for their mugs and cups. I choose the cups I want to when I get up to the cash register and the lady tells me that, their cups aren’t 50% off they just haven’t had time to take down the signs. It’s 1:30 in the afternoon and I’m sure they’ve been open since 5 AM. There is no excuse to not honor the signs that are up if they are still up, there was a woman and a guy who were both checking people out and I heard the guy let the lady in front of me get the 50% off her cup And when I got up there and it was the lady who checked me out she did not honor it. I did not make a big deal out of it. I still bought a cup at full price, but they need to get their workers on the same page.

Overheard what must have been the store manager tell the associates in the front to get a cup of coffee for the city guy outside changing the garbage cans. Also, one of the coolest designs of any Starbucks I’ve been to. Thanks for being a part of our community!

I love going to Starbucks this location made me feel fancy love the mocha cookie crumble. And the mango dragon fruit drinks

Very cool location, great service and quick

This is a beautiful Starbucks located inside of an old bank. The inside is so warm and welcoming, with a cozy fireplace to sit in front of and plenty of tables to work at. I've seen it very, very busy so if waiting isn't your thing, I'd suggest ordering ahead. If you don't mind waiting for your treat, there are plenty of seating options both inside and out. This Starbucks is great for those looking to get out of the office and feel like the main character in one of those Hallmark movies.
