Great location and staff!

Rudest employees I have ever experienced. They do not take Starbucks app, Apple Pay, or cash so you better have a credit card. Would not recommend.

Rude barista this morning. Unfriendly and probably hates her job. Lol

Stayed at the hotel. No issues at the hotel. The Starbucks had rude people working there. They didn’t listen to the order and made what they wanted. Then talked bad about us in Spanish. We know Spanish so that didn’t work. So sad that they gave Starbucks a bad name.

Rude and miserable staff, there is never any filter coffee, and they do not accept cash

No coffee. Coffee machine is broken

Late opening. Supposed to be open at 6am, 615 and still closed. When they did open, after adding cold brew, they water to top off the cup. I guess instead of paying for coffee, now we are paying for water to be added to our coffee as well. Not cool.

Why they ALWAYS rude? The most unpleasant Starbucks I’ve ever been. Walk several blocks to get a good experience at 301 W 3rd St, Austin, TX 78701 .Do not buy here!

Burnt coffee. It was pretty bad. Do not buy! If you get latte or whatever, you will smell the burnt beans through heavy amounts of syrup or flavors....it’ll come out burnt either way.

I stayed at the Courtyard and stopped by every morning to get coffee. My latte was made as it should and tasted good. I was always greeted in a nice, friendly and attentive manner and the least we could do is being nice and friendly back to them. Ashley was a sweetheart and always took care of my coffee and every day it was delish and it was good to see her too! Thank you Ashley! Jesse was nice too :)
