Starbucks

It's one of the infamous downtown, high traffic locations. But, the service was excellent. The drinks were what we expected. Every single member of the staff talked to us. Thanked us for our business. One staff member said they were busy restocking and would be with us as soon as they could. Great location. Even if they are busy, it will be worth the wait.

Sign says they open at 6 AM but rarely do. Once they do open there’s a line and it takes 15 minutes plus just to get a cup of drip coffee. As usual, employees could care less.

This Starbucks does not take mobile orders. This morning they were staffed with at least 4 people and the wait times were almost non existent! The line moved super fast to order and our drinks were ready almost before we could finish paying. It was great!

Sooo slow. There are at least six staff working this location, but it took them longer than my local Starbucks with three staff to get the drinks out. Took over 30min to get drinks.

Katie was being super rude to me and other guests in the facility. Unacceptable behavior. It’s not a good fit to the company

Very efficient! Located on the ground level inside Hilton Austin. Always busy. Business hours is 6am to 6pm. They don’t take mobile orders at this location. Offers indoor and outdoor dining. You can charge your orders to room if you’re staying at the Hilton hotel. Kelly, Marla, Felipe and the rest of the crew members on Easter weekend were excellent. Good job guys! The Location is inside a Hilton hotel across from the convention centre, very good location. Where did people , great customer service

No mobile delivery when we were there - maybe because it was super busy. But the baristas moved quick
