Starbucks

One of the worst Starbucks in the area. Consistently VERY slow and worse, baristas convey a "just can't be bothered" attitude.

This is by far the WORST location I have ever ordered from!! Most of the staff are very rude, especially the one lady in the front who seemed like she was having a really bad day. I ordered a cookie and when the oven was beeping, the staff let it sit there for over a minute while they kept talking and all the chocolate was melted. I would understand if it was busy but I was one of the only ones in the store. The one time I went through the drive thru what may have been the manager practically threw my hot drink at me and I almost spilled it so they can keep the line moving. Don’t waste your time here every Naperville location has the nicest staff!

Every time I come into this place I’m extremely disappointed at the lack of manners and etiquette that the staff at the inside front desk has. Today was no different. They never say thank you. When I say thank you, because I was raised right, the employees say nothing. I will never come back to this place or any Starbucks. With prices being so high and plenty of places to get coffee, I choose not to come to such an arrogant place whose employees can’t even show a little decency and respect and appreciation.

6/10 leg room. Could be better. Do not go between 2-5 pm because it's right next to a school.

Came to this restaurant this afternoon to get 2 Venti Honey Citrus Mint teas. There was no sleeve on both of the cups and when I touched it my fingertips got burnt very badly and instantly swollen up and I dropped.both cups due to it. They offered to replace my drinks and told me to call corporate for the rest.
