Find a franchise store. These are just Gen Zers working at Safeway who get pressed into working the coffee stand. Service is stuck on turtle speed and communication skills are minimal
Terrible costumer service. This location closes at 7pm as it says on google map but I got there at 6:20 and the rude girl at the Starbucks told me that she wants to leave and can’t make my order even though the location should not close before 7pm. They need to fire these employees. I don’t care that she has something else to do when she is at her shift. She needs to take care of orders until the closure time.
Very busy and the Batista wasn't in a hurry. We also had to add what she forgot to my drinks. Their hours are very confusing and they are short staffed. I suggest getting your drink/ s early and have patience.
