Starbucks

By far my favorite Starbucks in Augusta area! They’ve literally never gotten my order wrong in the three years I’ve lived here. When I go to other Starbucks and they’re terrible, it really makes me appreciate how together this particular store has it. Thank you guys for always being so friendly and getting my order correct!

This location used to be on it but they have went down hill bad. New workers are so careless now. They make the drinks any kind of way so however you do order your drink it doesn’t matter. It’s not hard to make a Vanilla Bean frappe w/ caramel drizzle lined around the cup. Starbucks drinks cost too much to just make them any kind of way.

Very sweet people, I brought cups in to put my drinks in and the cashier and barista were nice and helped me pour the drinks in. There is a very good cup selection. Drinks were made fast and no line to wait in. Store is clean and just a little small but the seating is comfortable. Would go again.

I wanted to start off this review for Salem (I believe that’s their name) at this Starbucks location. They were incredibly nice and pleasant and remembered my name and order before I even spoke at the speaker through the drive through. Shows a lot of kindness and respect by calling me miss [my name] which I really appreciated especially so early in the mornings. Coffee is always excellent and service inside is also very professional and efficient. From what I have observed inside, whenever there is a lot of orders, I can see that they are doing their best to work as fast and accurate as they can. If someone put in a mobile order and they look like they’ve been waiting around awhile, I have observed Starbucks members respond back to their inquiry with calm and respect even though they’re doing multiple things all at once. Chick fil a is known for good customer service by reputation but the current staff at Starbucks at Robert C Daniel can show great customer service while working fast to keep up with the influx of orders

This is the most inconsistent Starbucks in all of Augusta. Please do yourself a favor and visit another location. The new location on Belair road has been a hit every time. The next location that's very consistent is by Mullens Crossing. I'd also say the location by I-20 on Washington rd is also consistent. Avoid this location if possible.

Everything was as expected.

Sometimes the lattes are not the absolute best. Just decent. *Update Just visited on a Saturday night. Sitting in drive-thru and get to the speaker no one speaks for a minute..so we asked if they were still open. It was now 7 pm on the dot. No. The car in front of us was the last. So even though we sat in line for at least 5 minutes and arrived to the speaker before 7 pm. We we're not going to be the last order. There's no one behind us. No one came out to put up a closed sign. Totally ridiculous...def. on brand for August though Across the street at Target the Starbucks was still open. ‍♀️
