April 10th visit. The lady there is so rude and unpleasant. She treated people as if they’re at Starbucks begging for free drinks. After ordering and paid, I realized I forgot to specify how I want my drink, so I politely asked the cashier to add 4 scoops of matcha to my drink. He didn’t understand what I said, so he went and finished the drink and gave it to me. I kindly asked if the drink has 4 scoops of matcha, he told me it only has 2. So I said “oh, I just asked for 4”. He tossed the drink away and tried to make me another drink. The lady heard the interaction and made a big deal out of it and said “WHAT?!?” while looking disgusted. Then she told him she will make it, while making the comment “we don’t need an adult baby sitter around here” referencing to me. I probably should leave it as that knowing she’s unreasonable. I thought I should clear the misunderstanding and that’s where it got worse. I said sorry I wasn’t trying to baby sit and she refused to listen, started being defensive and offensive at the same time. She replied “yeah you were” and being all loud and rude, threatened to not make my drink and give my money back. Then I wanted to make sure my drink was made correctly the second time, she was being defensive and yelled at me, saying I was being an adult babysitter again. I told her she didn’t have to be rude and she yelled “yeah I did”. Then repeatedly said “next time I will give you your money back”. I said next time, I won’t be back and she yelled back “thank you” as I was walking away. I probably should’ve taken on the offer of getting my money back because the drink she remake tasted like crap and I tossed it in the trash afterwards. She probably purposely made it taste like crap. This woman needs to quit if she’s unhappy with her job. Nobody should have an interaction like that while spending their money.
Went here for my routine Starbucks coffee today and had A HORRIBLE experience. When I arrived for my mobile order my drink was half empty and DISGUSTING . After politely asking for my drink to be made over KOHEMA rudely stated “you expect me to make that over after you didn’t pick it up right away” I said yes and she said “i won’t” she was utterly rude and disrespectful after asking for the manager she said it’s me. this is the person y’all have as a manager ?? Like seriously she needs to be FIRED . It took all of me not to throw my coffee straight in her face. This Starbucks NEEDS BETTER STAFF
Just rude and completely unprofessional, Kotima Or Cotima whatever the “manager” name is. I was told she couldn’t make my drink over even though it was completely disgusting. Please look into this location because whoever she is does not deserve to interact with customers or simply make coffee. Like please find another profession if your going to be rude about something your not good at that you chose to do in life. So disappointed in Starbucks I minds well go to Dunkin’ Donuts or a small family owned coffee shop where I am and feel appreciated.
Friendly staff. Iced latte costs $7.56 because they charge $1 for light ice. They of course filled the entire cup with ice. I asked them if that was considered light and she said no and remade it. It would be better if they were transparent about the $1 charge. Will not go here again.
Located on the Atlanta Beltline, just inside Kroger on the deck, this spot is my jam! I'm always met with smiles sometimes a wave when I walk by. Recommendations are always on point and the staff is happy to get whatever I want (I'm picky!). Bought some Valentine's pops - huge hit!! And Kohema always comes out to greet me, check how things have been, there and with me, and have a quick laugh. I make pretty good coffee, but when I'm going to be near there for any reason I stop by for a happy belly and some genuine smiles. Thanks y'all. Dietary restrictions: They know to hold the dairy for me because the fats bind to some of the coffee goodness and I want all the goods. Unless it's time for dessert .
Visited Starbucks on Dec 6, 2023, at 3:45 PM, and encountered a service issue that left a negative impression. As a rollerblader, I initially tried to order from the outdoor window, only to find it closed with a sign directing customers inside. A security guard inside permitted me to enter with my rollerblades. However, upon nearly reaching the desk to place my order, a Starbucks employee rudely informed me that rollerblading inside was not allowed. This was communicated in an unprofessional manner, suggesting I return to the closed outdoor window. As a customer, I expect a basic level of respect and understanding, especially when complying with store policies. This experience was off-putting, and as a result, I plan to spend my money elsewhere in the future.
