It's not the best, but also not the worst location.

by far the worst starbucks i’ve been to but this is the only one near my class . constantly getting my order incorrect or missing stuff in the drank that i pay for. one of the female employees always gives me a stank look everytime like girl sit down. i’ve complained multiple times but i guess NO ONE is addressing this issue ??

This location just be hiring anybody. Employees are rude, they’re always running out of items, and they constantly get orders wrong. I can’t even count the amount of times I’ve asked for frappacinos with whipped cream and they wouldn’t even put it in there. Do yourself a favor, save your money, and go to the one near Aderhold or on Piedmont Avenue, even if it’s a bit of a walk.

I went to grab Starbucks this morning before class. When I walked in I noticed the display case had bugs inside and they were crawling all over the food. I still wanted to get something despite the pest issue. However even though I wanted a simple tea and they were out of stock, I didn’t want to play guess work with the drinks they might have. This location never really have anything in stock and are always out of products. The service was great either, the cashier looked like she rather be anywhere than where she was which is understandable. I just didn’t feel comfortable ordering anything so I left.

One of the toilet was out of order, the other one was also in very bad condition! It is not acceptable!

Conclusion comes first, DON’T COME! They don’t fill the cup to full. My Grande chestnut seasonal latte comes at only 80% full of the cup.

the employees act like they were forced at gun point to work here.. sometimes they’re rude for no reason. two times in a row i’ve come to this location & the drinks were tasteless like.. cmon now

This is the worst Starbucks ever. No one greets you when you walk in. All the workers have stanky attitudes. Had to get a refund on my order because instead of making my drink the workers were casually talking, not even multitasking. This is ridiculous, one drink is almost $8 and I can’t get proper customer service?
