Starbucks

This is the best Starbucks store I’ve ever been. The staff is so welcoming always greeting everyone with a great smile no matter how busy they are. Their service is top tier, and they are one of the fastest running Starbucks ever. Seriously, I don’t know who is the manager but everyone deserves a raise there. The drinks are always on point, and they always try to remember their regulars! Super well done guys! You are doing an amazing job. To whoever sees this, tip them they deserve it!!

Unreliable, it was 8 o clock on Tuesday and still closed.... 2h after official opening. No information.. nothing ...

Service is slow. They use to have a dream team. Lately they have been struggling. What happened to the old leadership and team?!

I'm sorry but if your employee is actively coughing into their hands and touching the rims of everyone's cups just stay home. That's so disgusting.

I waited 20 minutes for an iced latte. After checking with the barista, she started to make it but then it sat on the counter half done for another 10 minutes until I asked the cashier for help. I definitely don't recommend going here if you want to be in and out.

I did ordered one venti pink drink with extra 5 scoops of strawberry, but when i got my order it not look like what I ordered. I asked one lady to redo it but she just said mix it and walked away. Even I asked her 3 times.

I wish they would put any other business here. it’s an amazing location with lots of walk-by business. The drinks are constantly inconsistent on taste. There is zero point of doing a mobile order, i’ve been standing here for over 20 minutes waiting for an iced shaken espresso. Nobody has greeted a single customer since i’ve been standing here. the vibes are super weird and uncomfortable. I’ve never had a mobile order ready when I arrived at this location, ever. Then to watch other people who ordered after you be constantly served before you is very annoying.
