I got the venti paradise drink. It was filled with ice to the brim even though I asked for very light ice. I basically bought an ice cup for almost $7. Outrageous!!!

When You Order Matcha at Starbucks and Get an Iceberg Instead Went to Starbucks craving my go-to matcha almondmilk, expecting a zen moment in a cup. Instead, got an Arctic expedition's worth of ice with a whisper of matcha. Seriously, I needed a pickaxe to navigate through the icebergs for the five sips of matcha hidden beneath. It was like playing "Where's Waldo?" but with matcha in a cup of ice.On the bright side, the matcha that did make it into my cup (all five sips of it) was delicious – a fleeting glimpse of the drink I actually ordered. Pro tip for next time: might ask for a matcha almondmilk with a side of ice sculpture. At least then, I'll know what I'm getting into.Starbucks, I love you, but let's save the ice for the polar bears and keep the matcha for the customers, shall we?

Friendly staff

No inside seating. Chairs stacked up like they are closed. No patio furniture. Went to use a chair to sit outside and was informed I was not allowed to do so. If you don't want the chairs used, take them away.

Drive thru. Very friendly staff. Made the drinks per instructions. Wasn't much crowded on Sunday afternoon..

I drive to the window because I am hard of hearing. An African American male comes to the window to ask me if I have the app, I said yes he then walks away. Minutes later, a Caucasian guy goes to the drive threw register to take two orders that are behind me. He then comes to the window to tell me to drive around because that is the correct way to place orders, at the box. Not only was he judging the situation wrong but he wasn’t trying to hear why I am at the window, more importantly no one is in the store and I am waiting on you. A person at the box can wait a moment. The order of operations would have been to check on the order at the window followed by the car that just pulled up. It’s Starbucks a drink is all that you are doing at the most. I have visited this location several times and have never had my drink made properly.

I’m updating my review below from 2 stars to 5 stars. The owner listened to his customers and re-opened the walk in only mobile order pickup. This restores the whole purpose of mobile order in my opinion. I also want to commend the friendliness of the staff. It’s impressive to maintain such quality folks in any business. Thank you!! Keep up the great work! :) —- Due to the long drive through line and probable 30 min wait, I unfortunately gave up on my mobile ordered coffee this morning. The staff here is actually extremely kind and friendly. They work very hard do their job to the best of their abilities. The drive through is not working well. I would honestly advise disabling the mobile order feature for this store. Either that or come up with a creative solution to modify the store to prioritize staff safety but also allow for pedestrians to pick up their coffee without a vehicle.

This is a horribly designed store that appears to be App Orders or mobile order only. My Starbucks app has had issues and couldn’t order from the mobile app even though I put the exact address in. Since we’d never been to this location before, I walked in to the small store and not one employee even looked up. Then we were trapped in the parking lot line for 15 minutes. Poorly designed store and terrible customer service. By the way, once we did turn around, we went down Cheshire Bridge to cut through and the entire road is closed off. Avoid this store!

I was reminded that this location was no seating, allowed and was asked to leave before I could even put sugar in my coffee. The young lady was very rude and even when I said, have a great day, she said some smart remark
