Extremely poor experience....bordering intentional racism and fraud to top it all for perhaps not wanting to Tip.
The coffee is horrible, I had the dark roast. It tasted watered down, no flavor at all!!
Shante was AMAZING. Literally everyone else that was working there looked like they didn’t even know what was going on. People weren't getting their drinks and one gal was moving slower than my crippled granny and she was young and able bodied. I don’t know what is going on with these people BUT Shante is the exception. Within 5 minutes of her getting there she was getting everyone their stuff and making it happen! You need to promote her and get more Shante’s. Because that crew was doing NOTHING except for her. You can look at the rime I make this review to see who was working. They all need a redirecting conversation and Shante needs a raise and promotion. She is the ONLY reason I’m giving 5 starts without her, it would have been a 1 star review.
The friendliest staff and Starbucks I have ever visited!
I would like to say that the customer service at this location was excellent. I walked in and was greeted by all the employees. Super friendly group of people. I was at location Friday at 8 am.
I can't believe that I have been just informed that this location does not have freshly brew coffee, when I ask how long before they have some was told they won't have any to visit another location. Starbucks not offering coffee?
Opens late, employees rude, pass it buy and go without coffee your better off
Sade was playing and baristas were singing along as they waited on in line and fixed mobile orders. It was wonderful!
Not open yet. One employee just got here and they don’t look close to opening. It’s 5:11 and they have a line of 25-30 people. Don’t post your opening time as 5 if you can’t get your act together. When I got up to order, I was met by a rude, shiftless employee with the worst attitude I’ve ever seen in customer service.
