Starbucks

So I was at this starbucks today and I was on a hometown visit. There was a very grumpy surly snotty barista working the cash register (short stocky build, medium afro hairstyle and brown skin tone). She didn’t have a name tag so that’s the physical description. Anyway we walked up to the counter and she sized me up and down with a glare. I said hello do you have any freshly brewed pike ready. She rolled her eyes and said ‘ I guess so, it was made 30 min ago’, I then asked if I could have a taste before ordering. Once again she rolled her eyes—and then turned her back to me started doing something and then handed me a sample. As I tasted, my partner asked her very nicely if they carry baked goods. She said ‘ whatever is in the picture is what we have’. This lady needs to work the stockroom if she can’t fix her attitude. If she’s going to work in a luxury location she should know how to treat customers. We were likely her first customers of the day so there was NO need for her to act rude dismissive and frustrated. She is very lucky I didn’t show out. I’m true ATL native when it comes to my hard earned dollar being disrespected. Lastly, Ms Barista, do you hate yourself that much, respect yourself by showing you can give fellow mankind basic respect or so you not feel worthy and that’s the problem?

It was a bug in my drink! People were friendly but couldn’t enjoy my frappe.

I ordered a Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino here, and had to wait twenty minutes for it. Then I tried it, and found that they had left out the espresso, and the ice had been over-blended to the point that it was entirely liquid water. There was far too much chocolate syrup in it, and it tasted like a cup of watered-down chocolate syrup with whipped cream on top. I don't particularly blame the baristas, since the two of them were juggling a workload more appropriate to four people. This place is seriously understaffed during peak hours.

Costumer service is outstanding

Should open at 9am but everyday is close! We are working in the Mall building e new store! So if you need a coffee go to Nordstrom Café

First off The cashier mya (spelled wrong I’m sure) was very sweet and greeted us immediately. She the only reason I gave a single star. Now as for the coffee and the gentleman making them… trash. He’s throwing them together so fasts and I’m no order what’s so ever. They all tasted like black coffee no flavor no syrup not even the sprinkles that come on top. I ordered a cold brew pistachio cream no modifications and a caramel macchiato also no mods. It was just ice and black coffee with cream on top withh both. We had 4 people in front of us and he gave me my pistachio before anyone else then I waited 15 min and between other peoples order for the other coffee to be made. It’s like he just picks what easy makes them first and just hands them out as he goes. Why were they not made together as an order so me and the 4 people in front of me can leave instead of piling of at the counter waiting on half orders …. Returned the macchiato and Miya remade it the correct way. I just threw the pistachio cream on the trash. So yea if you see the heavy set gentlemen making coffee stay away. You have been warned. He makes garbage coffee. I could went to McDonald’s for what he was serving.

Terrible service. The person behind the counter and the barista were extremely slow and unresponsive. First we got a cold coffee. And then we waited indefinitely on our other coffee.
