Starbucks

This is the worst experience with getting a coffee I have gotten. The coffee maker has just walked around not making coffees for anyone in store. Got completely backed up as she was doing this. It was over 25 minutes before I got my drink and when I walked in there was only one of the person after me. Highly recommend not coming to the store and finding one closer rather than waste so much time trying to get one coffee.

Avoid this specific location. Management needs improvement. Not one smile and greeting from any of the employees. I ordered a caramel Frappuccino with an espresso shot. Simple not at all complicated. They served what seemed to be more like a milk Frappuccino. They seemed to have forgotten the main ingredient, coffee. I asked the the drive through operator and he was annoyed when i asked him if it had coffee. And hand it back to me. I drove around and spoke to someone else, who seemed very annoyed when I asked her if they could make it over because I couldn't drink it like that. The tension was real they all seemed so miserable. I get it it was early in the morning, but smile won't hurt anyone.

Clean and newish Starbucks location.

Always treated well at this store. The app says temporarily closed (1/28/24). Is it closing?

The way I received Ashley and her attitude says that she’s is clearly only there for a check and could careless about customer satisfaction. Frank and Giovanni are also sweet to me when I come in though.

If I had known it was going to take 25 minutes to get one coffee, I would never have come here. Nobody has time for this. Never coming to this location again.

Self employed for 30 years! Sensitive to customer service. Extremely poor service and attitude from the staff who took the order. Just watched the same treatment of an elderly gentleman. Poor reflection of the training and ownership frankly. Should have gone to the local non chain shop. Will next time I want overpriced brew on a cold rainy day. Last visit to this chain.
