Baristas were not friendly and when they got our order wrong multiple times I got an eye roll and they would not refund my money when they did not have oat milk which they charge extra for.

Monday 6 am and only 2 staff - absolutely ridiculous long wait. Better off just shutting down instead of giving this poor service.

Arrived to see the counter under manned. Waited 20 min realized I would have another hour before I got to the counter and left.
