It is not my job to tip and compensate the employees for what the employer does not pay with that being said I'm broke I have very limited funds I definitely want to tip but sometimes I can't do that I also don't enjoy being smiled at sarcastically for not doing so

I would like to commend an employee by the name of LIAM in this branch. Liam is the kind of employee every employer wants! Big inviting smile (makes SO much difference), fantastic customer service from the moment you step in and until you leave, extremely efficient! I appreciate the fact that even if he is having a bad day/shift, he will stay super professional and will never let you see/feel it because your experience matters to him. Thank you Liam and keep up the great work!

This is one of the worst Starbucks locations in the Dallas area. The store manager is terrible. The store manager and her employees will target a customer and then lie to their bosses when giving them the reasons for banning a customer. Avoid this store whenever possible. The drive-through constantly screws up orders, and all the employees are rude and unprofessional. And that is a direct influence of the incompetent store manager. Starbucks is having a problem finding qualified and experienced store managers, which is the biggest reason why they are having customer service problems at so many of their stores. Well, the Midway/Beltline store is a prime example of the problems created by having a mediocre store manager. The store manager and her employees told the district manager all kinds of lies about me, which is why I stopped going to this location. There are much better Starbucks locations in Dallas. Why put up with the nonsense at the Midway/Beltine store. The best thing Starbucks could do would be to fire the store manager and some of her unprofessional cronies who dont know how to treat customers. Avoid the Starbucks Midway/Beltline store at all costs........you will be happy you did, believe me. I certainly am. George C. Sowan

This location absolutely sucks!! They shouldn't be allowed to carry the name. Very unprofessional and immature staff and manager. I ordered a Carmel frappe blend in the drive-thru and it was horrible. It was all ice and whip cream. I took it back and asked for a remake. They got salty and made me wait for 15mins and they never made it again for me. They all stood around drinking their own drinks. So I kept cool and asked for a refund and all of a sudden they get busy and made me wait for my refund. The manager was irritated and the staff laughed. I took my refund and went to Dutch Bros coffee around the corner. Much better!! I'm never going back there. Don't do it, reconsider!!
