Picked up a Prime Rib Roast (7lbs) for thanksgiving to compliment a turkey. Was a bit fatty but turned out incredible, thank you to all the butchers at Star Meat for helping me pick a great cut and determining the proper weight!

Get the classic. It is. But Thursdays they have a ‘Dirty Bird’ sandwich that is also epic.

$18 for a premade sandwich on soggy bread sitting in the refrigerator.

Safeway meats are OK & less expensive. Star meats used to be good 10 years ago when they had a real butcher. Everything there is overpriced & scarce, like they don't want to spend money to promote anything better. I go to VerBrugge on College where they know what they're doing with real butchers. That butchery is OK in a pinch, but terribly unprofessional for a professional.
