Overall I think Spurriers is a solid themed establishment. I've been on several occasions and have enjoyed the service and atmosphere. As a place to have a few cocktails its 5 stars. If you are looking to eat here I would say the food is solid but portion sizes are on the conservative side. It's definitely a place where you should consider an appetizer along with dinner. Seeing all the Spurrier memorabilia is also great.

What can I say except this is my favorite spot in Gainesville. Actually Spurrier's is in my top five anywhere. The service is impeccable ~ the food is consistently excellent ~ it is always a good time. I've had pretty much everything on the menu and never been disappointed. My favorites entre dishes are the short ribs and any of the fish offerings. Brunch is spectacular, game day is fabulous, special events are flawlessly delivered, even snacks and a drink at the bar is just right!

I want to give a BIG "THANK YOU" to William S. and the entire staff at Spurrier's Gridiron Grille for a great dining experience. Those birthday cookies were so good. Go Gators!

Good food

This was our second time dining. It did not disappoint. The food was outstanding again! Our waitress was very helpful and friendly. :)

We went for the Sunday brunch. Food was very good for a buffet. One of the better buffets we have ever had honestly. The buffalo sauce was quite tasty, though a bit too spicy for my poor mouth in the end. The banana fosters french toast was the right amount of soft on the inside, firm on the outside. Thick, yummy bacon. My daughter loved the mac & cheese and the perfectly soft cookies. The price ended up being well worth it too as they let you take home a small amount of food for each person. Our only complaints were minor. Our server went missing when we were ready to leave, making us ask the front desk for help with flagging him down. Also, the place is not well insulated for noise, so everyone there for brunch was cringing a bit due to a VERY loud birthday party. Some sound dampening foam should help with that perhaps. We will definitely be returning for another brunch in the near future!

Trendy dining with unique menu and good service. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free and vegetarian options marked on the menu, with quite a few options for each.

Everything was perfect for my b'day brunch. We all love the food and the atmosphere. Our waitress was awesome too!! Parking: Very easy to park and then easy to get in restaurant Kid-friendliness: Had 2 kids, 3 years and 3 months. No problems at all
