Sprinkles Scottsdale

They’re okay. Flavors are nice but it’s got way too much frosting. I mean that’s basically what you are paying for. It’s $5 for a tiny little cupcake with a huge blob of frosting on top. My boyfriend wanted to get a cookie but decided not to because it was also $5 for a small probably 3inch cookie. I honestly only go here once a year to get my birthday cupcake and one or two more for my kids but that’s it. The trip from where I am at to the only location in Phoenix is not really worth the trip. But overall it’s a good once a year treat.

A sad shell of its former glory. Cupcake ATM out of service. Lackluster employee. Limited selection of cupcakes. We selected 2 of the same cupcakes due to limited selection. We ate them within 2 hours and blah. It's just not the same. Top / frosting part of cupcake broke off while trying to remove paper from bottom cake portion. It seemed like the frosting was dried out. After 2 bites, they went in the trash

ATM not always available which is frustrating

$11.20 for two delicious dark chocolate cupcakes! I love the ATM machine! The entire ordering process takes <2 minutes. They also keep the ATM machine very well stocked with all their best options.

So disappointed. We buy from this location often but lately these cupcakes taste days old. Dry and crumbly. We always look forward to the Circus Animal cupcakes but for $6.00 it’s a complete pass. These cupcakes are OLD. Save your money. Nice of you to respond SEVEN months after I ordered the cupcakes and want proof of my order…. Just do better

These cupcakes are pricey for being so mediocre. I've been a handful of times hoping to leave feeling satisfied with all the hype that surrounds them. They are always on the dry side and lack the rich flavor I crave in a cupcake. I tried 2 of the filled ones this time and was disappointed yet again as there was barely any filling. The frosting is just an overwhelming sugary blob on top. I'm looking for less frosting flavored and more of an authentic topping. I'm done trying with this place because I'm tired of wasting my money. Edit- 2/28/24 I came in for my Birthday cupcake. Thankfully they had Lemon bar as it is filled. I made sure I had a little filling in each bite. The filling is to DIE for, perfectly sweet and tart. I still wouldn't get a cupcake from here unless it's filled. Another note- they are CASHLESS. You must pay with card. There was a lil old lady in front of me that had just walked over from the condos and only had cash. I paid on my card and she gave me cash. Parking: If you park next to the building you better not have a low profile vehicle. I would recommend parking in back.

Absolutely awesome! Such moist texture and just perfect.

Finally was able to try the chocolate marshmallow and it wasn’t extremely sweet marshmallow flavor. The weekly flavors keep me coming back and the after hours cupcake atm allows my cupcake desires to be fufilled at even 1am. The red velvet is such a great balance of sweetness control from Sprinkles baking style. Even this week’s s’mores cupcake wasn’t death by sugar. I’m actually really impressed with how they managed to make the s’mores top. It feels and tastes like a toasted marshmallow. If I had to critique anything it would be the strength of the base. The cupcake is so soft that I find the cap falls off really easily if I don’t first pull it apart. Regardless, sure a single cupcake might be a pretty penny but you can’t find cupcakes like this with weekly flavors and 24hr atm access.

I’m disappointed in the quality that was this sprinkles. The salted caramel cookie was simply inedible, it was beyond salty. Yes I understand it’s supposed to have some salty aspect to it but this was honestly inedible. The lemon blueberry cupcake of which I ordered three tasted old and dry and my strawberry cupcake had overly sweet frosting but the cupcake part was good. The chocolate vanilla cupcake was meh and I still have the red velvet to try, but I’m no longer as excited to eat it as I initially was. Not sure if all sprinkles quality is lessened or it’s just the Scottsdale shop. I’ll have to go back to La Jolla to check them out and compare. Overall it was just ok and for what you pay that was quite disappointing.
