Ridiculously good cupcakes, I’ve been ordering them as gifts for my special hotel guests whenever I’m in a time crunch and want to deliver a little extra surprise. However, I randomly passed the store for the first time and went in. The girl behind the counter never once acknowledged me or said hello. I was confused whether I order with her or use the machine but she ignored me until I simply used the machine. When an Uber Eats driver almost (accidentally) took my order on the counter, she rudely snapped at him (“That’s NOT yours!!”) Even I was taken aback by her bad attitude. It was obviously a mistake. Please do yourself a favor if you care about your store and train this person or replace her.

Michael and team gave phenomenal customer service. Ran into an issue with delivery and they immediately resolved the situation. Michael was great with following up and the cupcakes are always amazing. Thank you :)

Terrible customer service. I ordered cupcakes for a birthday and Sprinkles sent it via uber eats. The driver did not even wait for 2 minutes before leaving with the cupcakes. Sprinkles has still not refunded or responded to our requests for a replacement delivery. Incompetent team, never ordering from here again.

I used to buy cupcakes from this and the small branch located at the entrance of Penn station almost every week. My daughter simply loved them. These cupcakes are completely nut-free and hence was a good option to gift to day care facilities

Our last order, which we picked up on Christmas Eve, was a DISASTER. I did call the customer service line, and the woman there did refund the missing item. However, the manager of the actual location was supposed to get back to me today and never did. These were the issues: 1) We ordered 2 DYO Cupcake sets as Christmas gifts. The cupcakes were supposed to come unfrosted so the recipient can design their own. The kits are also supposed to come with a variety of sprinkles, including holiday themed ones. The holiday themed sprinkles were not there, and 3 of the four cupcakes in each set were frosted already which kind of defeats the purpose of the box. Also, the frosted cupcakes do not stay fresh as long 2) I am allergic to gluten and cannot eat chocolate, so in the box I ordered to bring for Christmas Eve dinner I ordered a Lemon Gluten-free cupcake. When I took the paper off, I saw it was Red Velvet which contains chocolate. So, basically a waste of money. 3) My dad is diabetic, so we asked for a sugar free Red Velvet in the box. Usually, the Sugar Free cupcakes have a red S on top. There was a Red Velvet in the box, and when we called customer service they tried to tell us how to tell the difference between the two kinds, but in the end my dad decided he didn't want to risk it. Another waste of money. 4) We also ordered a mini-sampler as an add on gift - missing from the bag. 5) I didn't realize a tip of over $12 was added to my order, and I left a cash tip when I picked up the order. Customer Service offered to refund the tip, and I felt bad doing that so I refused. However, now that I'm realizing that NOT ONE part of my order was correct, I kind of wish I had. I basically tipped over $20 between cash and card for poor customer service At this point, I doubt I'd make such a big order from this location again. Also, anything I do pick up I'll insist on being able to break the sticker seal and ask for it to be resealed after I check the order myself. We traveled from Brooklyn to Manhattan by train about an hour each way to pick these up only to be totally disappointed. Dietary restrictions: They have limited options for Gluten Free, vegan, and sugar free but are not consistent in correctly labeling the items.

Went for the vegan red velvet. More frosting than cupcake. Didn't have much flavor and it was so moist it was breaking apart in clumps.

Came here because I was a fan of the cupcakes back in LA, but will not be coming back as it was dirty & the service was terrible, very unfriendly
