Sprinkles Houston Westheimer

I'm highly disappointed. Ordered two Casamigos cupcakes. No flavor or lime zest in the cake as in the picture. Cupcake was dry, and only flavor was in the icing. The last year flavor was Patron. Those tasted better. I would have asked for my money back if I did not live out of town.

The red velvet cupcake was my favorite but the cupcakes are generally dry and too subtle in flavor. I think Crave is much better for Houston cupcakes. Tried and ranked the following and I’d only get red velvet again: 1. Red Velvet 2. Carrot 3. Special: Cookie 4. Dark Chocolate 5. Vanilla 6. Triple Cinnamon 7. Salty Caramel 8. Special: Lemon Bar 9. Banana 10. Sprinkle 11. Strawberry 12. Black & White

Yummy cupcakes! But the female employee at pickup on 3/16 was absolutely rude. Ruined the Sprinkles experience.

The cupcakes are so dry here. They used to be good but now they SUCK! The service is bad too. Don't go here!! They need to make things fresh before I'll ever return!

I had heard great things about Sprinkles online and was exited to try their cupcakes when we were down for the rodeo. I ordered a 6 pack of different flavors to get a good selection with a pick up time 10:30 am. My family was so excited. When I arrived the cupcakes were not ready and there was no curbside service despite what i had marked on my order. The worst part was the cupcakes themselves. All 6 of them were dry and the frostings was hard. Not only were they dry but the cake itself lacked flavor. The visual appearance of the cakes was nice but so disappointed in the product. The company markets it self as fresh baked cupcakes but there were defiantly over a day old. You can get much better cupcakes at Walmart or your local grocer for half the price. Don’t waste your time at this location. They are serving subpar food at premium prices. Parking: no dedicated spot for curbside

It's not worth it. The cupcakes are good, but you can easily find cheaper and better cupcakes around Houston. Save your time and money and look for a better cupcake restaurant.
