Sprinkles Chicago

The shop is cute, but 2 of the 4 cupcakes I bought were completely stale. They say that the cupcakes are made daily but there’s no way what I purchased was baked today- cupcakes aren’t supposed to be hard. Not to mention they cost twice as much as last year, and are significantly smaller.

Disappointed on how much Sprinkles has changed… The cupcakes used to be big and moist, so they were worth $3.25 a piece. Now they are the standard cupcake size, dry, and cost $5 a piece. These smaller and generic cupcakes are definitely not worth that price. Bring back the bigger cupcakes.

If I'm walking by a sprinkles I'm getting a sprinkles. Sweet tooth here. Was lucky to be here on the last day of the lemon bar cupcake. The texture and flavor are on point. Lots of flavors sell out by end of day so get in early. ATM concept is fun, used one at the Vegas airport and it was also great (banana).

You cannot go wrong with a Carrot Cake Sprinkles Cupcake!

Waited over an hour for employees to stock up the atm and nothing. ATM just said "bakers restocking, come back in 30 mins" saw employees inside and assumed they were baking the cupcakes. Only reason, we left was because an employee left and I asked what was going on? and they said machine was out of order. Please out of courtesy put a sign that machine is out of order! Will not be returning!
