Very strange atmosphere. Insane balance of weird music and interesting decor? Gets expensive if u don't have pool cues? However, very spacious.

Before I begin this just want to say the staff in Sportzters/Scruffy Murphys were absolutely fantastic special mention to Ashley who was so polite and professional throughout my time there recently But the reason I am leaving this review is to mention someone who went way above and beyond the standard service her name I believe was Adele Sorry if I misspelt her name but I honestly have never been in a sports establishment quite like this the atmosphere was brilliant and Adele was on the ball even though the place was heaving nothing was to much to ask for and I honestly would recommend this place and person anywhere when I left the bar i felt like I had truly had the VIP service even though I am just an average Joe So Adele Happy New Year and I will definitely be back again with a lot of my friends and please whoever owns this bar please give this girl a pay rise as she truly deserves it

Believe this pub is called Scruffy Murphys now. Nice place for a pint and game of pool. Me and my partner often jump in after doing some shopping, right next to bus stops and Argyle train station for transport. Never ordered food but heard good reviews. Recent refurbishment is absolutely amazing

Pool tables are of a high standard and it would be hard to find any better in the city centre. Staff and service was first class and a special mention to Lewis who looked after us for the afternoon. Highly recommended.

Extremely bad experience, service was extremely rude, bad management, ugly place, non fonctionnal. Don’t even go for a drink.

Rude staff.

Cost a fiver to get the chance to play pool, then it’s a pound for every game. I payed the five pound fee to play and the machine swallowed my pound. When I mentioned to the staff this happened they replied they had no keys and that I should put my money in the next one. Toilets were rank as well avoid this place

Place was a mess, waiting 30 minutes to get serviced at the bar, and the drinks were slim choice, toilets were overflow and a reck
