A great birthday lunch with my gang...
Good food. Good drinks, great service and what a view! Was there when they were doing renovations to the field. Pretty cool to see!
Very good place, varied menu, what we tried was delicious, fast service, beautiful view and the place was very warm and clean.
I made reservations for my nephew and myself, he’s visiting from Australia and thought it would be neat for him to see the dome under construction (ok it was more for me). There was an option for any notes to the staff, so I requested a table by the window and asked if they could import a kangaroo and croc from the zoo to make him feel more at home. Well, the staff came over with a little baseball bat and ball with labels on them that said croc and kangaroo. We laughed so hard. It was just so hilarious that they did that. Food was good, and the service was second to none.
Everything about this place is average. It's a sports bar downtown - end of discussion. My 5 star rating stems from it being absurdly quiet and easy going for a downtown sports bar. This is my favourite place to watch a hockey game.
The burger from here was absolutely incredible. View of the Jays pitch was breathtaking. Came to watch the game and our waiter quickly realized we would be sticking around long after we finished with our food. He totally understood and made sure we were taken care of.
We spent the morning doing touristy things and decided the Sportsnet Grill would be a nice place to stop. We were pleasantly surprised with the seating overlooking the renovations to the stadium (very cool to watch while you eat) and the food was excellent for a fair price. Definitely recommend! Kid-friendliness: Our 5 year old was totally enamored with the view overlooking the stadium. Kids menu has a number of options and staff are friendly to the littles.
