It’s obvious that the owners and management aren’t paying attention to the reviews cause nothing has changed. I wouldn’t have eaten there if I read the reviews before going; I read the reviews during my experience at this place and sad to report, that it’s true. The place wasn’t busy and the server gave us “plastic utensils” while everyone else were given regular utensils. We ordered the guac/chips and had to request more chips cause there were only 10 of them on a plate. Upon request, we were given regular utensils. Took a long time to receive the food and the burgers and fries weren’t hot. The burgers were dry and tasted like McDonald’s. It’s an extremely limited menu and not worth the price charged. Yard house has a much better food selection. The manager only took off the beverages and chips for our experience. The entire meal should have been free due to the bad service. Cutting a hamburger using a plastic knife?? Come on now!! Will not be back and a generic apology from the owner is not an acceptable. If you’re at the battery, go somewhere else to eat unless you only want to drink. Pretty nice tv’s and the volume is loud to watch the games which is the only thing good about this place.
