went for dinner on St Paddy's day with a group of 5. It was ok; not great, but just fine. The food is fairly good; my thai curry was ok, but quite bland. The salads two of my co-diners had were very large, but also bland, with very little dressing. The drink selection is ok, not great, but a moderate (to small) range of draft beers and other things. Service was good, although the place was half empty so not much reason not to be. The atmosphere is ok; a very typical sports bar, lots of tv's but not too too distracting or noisy. All in all; it was fine - very much like Rogue or Earls in comparison. Nothing remarkable, but I'm guessing consistently adequate; probably really 3.5 stars if google would let one do half stars.
One of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a while. Was very difficult to get our servers attention and when we ask for salt and pepper it took 20 minutes to bring it to the table. Food came out with no cutlery and was pretty mediocre. This would not have been as much of an issue, except for the fact that the prices were quite higher than a typical family/sports bar kind of restaurant. I would rate the food somewhere just below Brown’s. It’s a real shame given the location of the restaurant so close to the university.
the food was able to be eaten, the seats were able to be sat on, the water was able to be drank, and “kim” was my server, so this place gets 5 stars!
The fried chicken sandwich was amazing! Kim was great!
Our sever was Kim I hope she wins the competition she’s the best!! We come here all the time and we love the food. Thank you!
What a great spot to watch any sports or fights, super clean, attentive staff, tasty food. Would highly recommend this hidden gem!
