Rude staff and cold latte. I ordered and left a tip. I was the only one being helped. I sat at the bar and was reading, waiting for them to call out my order. About 5 minutes later I looked up and the girl who took my order and made my drink (pink hair and glasses) was talking behind the counter, not paying attention. It took me a few tries to get her attention, and I asked her politely if my drink was ready? There was literally no one else ordering or in line. She looked at me and told me to walk around the other side of the bar to pick it up!! Even if I missed the sign to pick up my drink on the other side of the bar, you couldn’t just bring it to me? Or at least let me know what to do, as I was the only customer there? How entitled. I felt like asking for a refund. She did not deserve my tip and this store does not deserve your business. She chose to talk to her friend and ignore me behind the counter. I also saw a shift lead taking notes nearby who witnessed the whole thing. Didn’t say a word. Rude entitled staff, overpriced drinks. Will not return

How yall close before the time advertised? That’s annoying cuz I literally drove for the coffee in traffic :/

The coffee is very average, but seemingly the only coffee place at PCM. Staff is friendly and the long line moves fast. Have the coffee, it's good, but not your specialist roaster type. Sitting at the bar was fun for people watching.

Worst coffee and expensive! They said price on the menu is not correct and charge me $2 more for a 10oz coffee. One small latte is $7…..taste is bad as well

Good coffee. Have never had an interaction with staff that wasn’t rude. It’s like they’re mad at you for being there.

Cool location in Ponce City Market but the drip coffee was blech. Plus, the price for a small coffee made Starbucks - which is easily accessible across the street - look cheap. Friendly staff.

For the first time in my life, I had to throw away a cup of coffee after only one sip... And it was way too expensive.
