Went twice in 30 days already!
Great flavors, very yummy dishes. Servers were so nice and made you feel like you were eating at home! Would highly recommend the momo's!
This place is a hidden gem. Himalayan and Indian food that is fantastic.
Food was not up to standard..meals reached us uncooked albeit we being the only patrons at that time
It was not busy but we’re not sure why because this place was phenomenal!! Best Indian food in San Francisco. We got vindaloo, chole baryana, and chicken tikka biryani. Plus we got the fry bread and naan and I cannot say enough good things about how delicious it was.
Some friends and I ate at Spice of America on Market Street last week. We had read the great reviews and were not disappointed. The food was all tasty with complex flavors, although the two dishes with red sauce were supposed to be different, the sauces tasted very much the same. Still no complaints. Everything tasted fresh. I would go back here.
I read great review here. Knowing that it's always a risk. Just like Yelp. Never know the truth till you got there. This is a great disappointment, again, based on Google review. I went for the Thali. It's $29 (not $12). The server said there's a lot of foods. So I shared with a friend. The taste were alright. It's more than a spoonful (small sauce dish) of 5 items of different ying-yang foods in a metal (cafeteria-type) serving plate. The portion is barely enough for one child. Let alone 2 adults, for $29 plus tax and tips. Foods are alright but I have 10x the value and maybe slightly better foods in many Indian buffets of $16-20 per person. Read the good reviews. Go for it. Expect a good experience!!!
