I wish I can give ZERO STARS but I will sacrifice for one. Placing orders online is a waste of time and unorganized. According to them, they cannot see what we order as a whole. For example, we placed an order for double of everything. And only received a portion of the order because per their cashier “it does not show us everything that you ordered”. So we had to show our receipt to prove we had double of everything and wait additional time to get our order to only make it home with half the order still missing. We were recommended to this place and drove about 30 min to try it out. After calling to notify restaurant, the lady was rude and begin to blame us as the customers. She said there was nothing they can do but I feel she just didn’t want to. We had to make our own food to make up for what was missing. Followed up the next day and the owner verbally attacked us for stating our concerns with poor customer service the night prior.

This was by far the WORST EXPERIENCE yet. If you place an order at this place, please be sure to do the job of the employees as they pretty much expect you to do the job for them. I placed an order an hour ahead of time with a specific pickup time. The order was half ready because the lady assumed it was for one of everything when in reality it was two of everything. I had to show my receipt (in which we went over TOGETHER) and had to wait additional time for the other half of the order to be ready. She tied my bag, apologized, and ensured me that the whole order was in the bag. After leaving, I realized the whole order was in fact NOT THERE. We called and she blamed me and got really arrogant and rude. She said it was nothing she could do to rectify the situation. We asked to speak to the manager and she said “he was not there but she will pass the message along however it was nothing he will do either.” We showed up the next day and he was rude and was yelling. Then another employee tried to justify him yelling and talking with his hands to us as being “due to the language barrier”. It was not. He did not yell at first until I complained about the lady that assisted us the night before. Nothing was done and we will never go again. Also, barely any chicken in their butter chicken. And they do not label it so you will not know what is mild, hot, or normal if you place order for more than one.
