Southernmost Beach Resort

Rooms: Very clean and modern. Food & drinks: Breakfast was really good!

The place is called a “beach resort” and the actual beach is a 70-yard-joke: poorly maintained and covered in seaweed. The service at the Beach Café was absolutely terrible and the beach lounge chairs were stained brown from excessive years of use. The front desk area is always crowded and has a line. The staff is generally polite and helpful, but our service at the beach was abysmal. We had to go find our waitress a couple of different times in order to get some plates and dressing.

Not so great. When we booked our room, it was advertised as a premium room with a balcony. The room is tiny, and the “balcony” is actually the front entryway area, that can be used by anyone. So, yeah, strangers, sitting in front of your room at all hours. When you check in, guess what? Surprise! $42 per day to park, and an extra $56 per day “amenities” fee. What’s that? For the pools, for the excercise room, and wi-fi. You know, the stuff that all other hotels include in the room rate. That’s in addition to the resort fee. We received a nice charcuterie platter gift from our family, through room service. Delivered to us without silverware and napkins. Low water pressure in the shower. On the bright side, it’s a good location. Nice view of the water; has a small private beach; good restaurants nearby. Rooms: Small room; overpriced; no water pressure in the shower.

Be aware Tax on room and stay are over $100.00 a Day, So just put that in your Budget!

Beautiful rooms and property. We loved our stay. Everything very clean and nice. Service was excellent. We can't wait to go back. Rooms: Beautiful rooms, very clean, nice partial view of ocean. We also had a balcony that was great to spend time on at the end of the day! Walkability: Perfect location to enjoy beach and Key West fun.

Great resort. Positives - Location. Nice rooms, clean and updated. Friendly staff. Nice amenities… the ones that were open. Cons - WiFi network initially provided did not connect, since the room phone was not working had to waited for the following day to resolve WiFi. Private beach was closed due to renovations and one pool was closed for a day for a private event forcing other pools to be crowded. Public beach was also crowded. Even though some amenities were not available we were still charged full price for amenities fees. Rooms: Nicely updated and clean. Walkability: Right at the quiet end of Duval St. A short walk from all the action.

We recently stayed at the resort and had a great overall experience. Would highly recommend it to anyone going to Keywest

The room was very clean and close to beach/restaurant which was nice. The dinner at restaurant was overpriced and overcooked. Checkin service was friendly and fast. Finding parking near our room was a challenge daily as it’s a big resort. We were there for our honeymoon and glad we were able to try this end of Key West.

Did not stay in the rooms. Attended a wedding 4/20/24. It was amazing, beautiful, food was great! Definitely will recommend.
