Southern Maid Donuts

I bought a 1/2 dozen glazed donuts and 4 piggy in the blanket. The food was hot,fresh, and delicious.

I come here every so often and the customer service is always bad , I came this morning and ordered about 20 dollers or more worth of food , I had coffee at home realizing I had no milk so I simply asked for just a small cup of creamer and they said no that I would have to purchase a hole coffee just for the creamer smh jeez how rude

The worst service EVER. They should be closed permanently. They don't deserve a single star tbh.

Pretty dirty place. Walk up no sign, windows covered can’t see inside and when you can peek inn the place odd dirty

I ordered a dozen glazed donuts and a dozen pig in the blankets for my office. There was no long wait time and everything was fresh. My coworkers loved them and has requested me to order more.

This little donut shop literally has the best kolaches in all of Dallas. Worth the drive!

This branch has the absolute worst customer service ever. They also never have the orders ready and have a bad attitude about having to do their job. The manager Luisa is not professional at all. She would rather loose customers than do her job. The other worker girl/guy also has a very bad attitude towards the customers. I have had to wait 20 minutes just to pick up an order. I would not advice anyone to buy donuts here. Response: I am representing the customer that purchased your product. By you throwing a fit because I couldn't speak into the speaker you delayed their delivery. There is no professionalism here. You should put your emotions aside and do your job.
