The food was not good. I even gave it to My dog and he wouldn't touch it! I had the chicken and dressing mac & cheese and greens! How can one have mac & cheese without one bit of cheese. It had a Grey looking color. The chicken was so gross and salty. You all make me want to sell plates from my home so people will know what good soul food is. I purchased on Sunday the 4th of Feb. '24 around 3:30 ish. Never again!!

I had my usual veggie plate, and the green beans were obviously rank, and vinegar was added to mask this. While everything else was great, my aunt’s coleslaw was doused with vinegar, and slimy? I’m guessing this is done to push product that’s past its shelf life but I really wish they would have just told us they don’t have it instead of giving us something that’s gone bad! I’ll definitely be going again, just not getting green beans there anymore Vegetarian options: There’s an option for a veggie plate, and that’s good enough for me.

Visited Southern Hands based on a recommendation. I was not disappointed. The food was delicious. The service was good. The restaurant was clean. I couldn't ask for anything more and will definitely eat there again.

They have the best soul food oh my goodness

I have been twice now and both times to terrible service. The wait is always incredibly long no matter what time you call in. When I arrived to pick up an uber order, they had deleted my order by mistake, and had to ask me four times what the order was and still brought out the wrong order so they had to make it again. Heard screaming from the kitchen the entire time I was there. I had to wait over half an our for a an order of fried catfish. Not worth the food at all. Would not come back.
