The food was awesome, and the staff was great.

Southern Fresh was delightful! I had the fried chicken and my partner the fried pork chops. The chicken was all dark meat, juicy and delicious. I had mixed veggies and green bean as my sides. They were all great. I enjoyed Sangrias as well. They were good. My partner had the fried pork chops and claimed they were not what he expected. They had gravy. He never offered me a bite so I have no idea what they were actually really like. They must have been good because he didn't bother Sharing. We sat outside on the patio and I must say it was delightful with the big trees and the temp was amazing!

Good food, a bit pricey but that is Safety Harbor But we had a great server!

This is the best of the best fried chicken we ever had! Tasty, juicy, tender & crunchy! Smoked wings are okay nothing really special.

Shameful! There is an automatic 20% service charge on every check. This is appalling. The food is average The seats are not even that comfortable and they have the balls... To automatically charge people an extra 20%. That means their waiters and waitresses can do whatever they want! We were there party of 10 right after the safety harbor 5K race and never again will we go to a place that robs money from us like that. You should be ashamed Aaron Stewart! Yes I'm talking to you. Robbing people of their money shame on you especially since everything costs more money these days You don't allow people to tip what they want!

Never eaten here and never will lol. Just read an article that says they include 20% automatically gratuity. What that sounded to me is that the owner is too cheap to pay his employees a fair wage. I’ll make sure to never step foot in this place. And by some of the other comments the food is mediocre anyhow adding to another reason of why you shouldn’t come here.

I just read the they are charging a 20 percent gratuity on the food bill. I will never go back into this restaurant or any other restaurant that is automatically adding a gratuity fee. No one is going to dictate to me what I’m going to leave for A Tip. I always leave 20 percent. There may be circumstances where the service Is poor and I wouldn’t leave the 20 percent. This all stems from a restaurant in St Pete that implemented it in their restaurant so I guess they’re following suit. Any Restaurant that tries this I will not step foot in.

The food is great and the banana pudding is fantastic, but we will not back until the forced automatic 20% policy is ditched on principle. No tip is guaranteed, it must be earned... I tip very well and will just go to other places.

Hostess so rude and unprofessional took our business elsewhere, been there once before food is average at best not worth the disrespectful attitudes , and restaurant was filthy….

We've eaten there once around 6 months ago when we went to that area to take a walk and visit the pier, the park and walk along the trail. I recall the menu being interesting and the food being pretty good. Prices were maybe a little on the high side, but a novelty area so not out of line. Then I read this article on the internet that they add 20% charge on every dine-in order. The picture of the sign they have on the table tries to explain how "this is the way the industry is going, this new model is fair", something to that effect. Yah...nah. I hope we didn't tip on top of the outrages 20% they have taken it upon themselves to add to the order. At this point, this place, for me...is a hard no.
