Parking: Lot in back of restaurant

Great food ,great service typical of Nick's. It was really loud inside but the place was really busy. They serve mexican style food hence the South of Nick's. I had the Shrimp taquito appetizer and the smashes Birria Enchilada and my wife had the the shrimp and lobster enchiladas all items were very good and well balance although a little on the spicy side.

Speechless. Just WOW! South of Nick’s Laguna Beach is absolutely phenomenal! Nazanin our waitress was truly the best waitress we’ve had. She made the great recommendations and the house margaritas are to die for! I highly recommend this to anyone who’s local or visiting for a short amount of time!!

The food and service was qreat. The enchiladas divorciadas were awesome. The chef Baudelio brought them out personally and waited to make sure we liked them. Overall ser ice was excellent!

My favorite place in Orange County for family dinners. Always such pleasant atmosphere with the unobstructed ocean view and world class service. Also an excellent selection of tequila and mezcal. The Mexican food is excellent quality and one of the only places I’ve had a decent carajillo outside of Mexico City. Vegetarian options: Many options can be made vegetarian but most options do have meat or fish. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free is easy since it’s mostly corn tortilla based food. Vegetarian and pescatarian options are also abundant. Parking: It’s Laguna, parking is always difficult but I usually find a spot in the structure just behind Nick’s.
