I would love to rate it a zero but i cant unfortunaly They have raw food coming out? I saw some fly traps in the bar, my cups were stained and the manager a tall dude called Amiro was really rude, he told me in a very bad way that my issue didnt have a solution and the servers are really mean, they are useless especially Zuri who didnt care for us at all, i feel like yall should just close down the restaurant because you dont know how to manage the restaurant, Im going to report the restaurant to the health department, this is unacceptable, hope you guys take this in consideration.

This place is the worst, if you all want to come here, you should all consider going to applebees, they are rude and they feel like theyre doing you a favor, and Amiro the manager is so rude, they yell at theyre workers in out faces, the only good person there was Caro and Natalia the host, not coming here, do not recommend. Kid-friendliness: Not for Kids at all

My friend & I go to brunches quite often & I get excited about trying a new spot! I was not disappointed at all with the ambience, the greeting as we walked in..and the food at this spot! We ordered chicken & waffles (not your normal tasting - DELISH!!), grits, bacon and the trio lobster/mac & cheese w/ lamb chops and we ordered the shrimp deviled eggs as an appetizer...they were good but could've been a lot better - but not bad at all, I'm not sure if I liked the way the shrimp were cooked... And the catfish...SMH! All of our food was soooo good. The margatita tower wasn't explained that it wasn't a tower, per se, but it's pretty much a bong dispenser that you pour into your own cup... very cute, btw. We asked our waiter specific questions but she didn't explain it well enough to let us know that exactly how the tower is prepared. We were expecting a typical tower of margaritas...like individual glass of the flavors that we requested not all the flavors to be mixed together. Nevertheless, it was a very delicious tower. My only negative is that they they charge you a service charge that is not the same as a tip...that also was never explained or mentioned once the bill cane out. I'd highly recommend this place and I know that this spot has been added to my rotation of great places to eat. Parking: On a Sunday mid/late morning, parking can be a challenge, but we got "lucky". There are other establishments in that strip mall.

We went last night to celebrate my son’s 18th birthday dinner and the overall experience was mediocre at best. It was a larger party ~15 of us but the drinks took forever to come out (mind you thr restaurant was only about half full ) and so did the food. Once the food finally did start coming out it was one or two dishes at a time either prob 15-20 min wait for each subsequent dish and the kids ordered chicken sandwiches, which our server mentioned were one of the quickest things to make, and they came out about 30 minutes AFTER the other dishes. Not to mention half the food was only lukewarm. To give perspective we got seated around 8:10-8:15, got drinks a little after 9 and food not til after 10:15 pm. And our drink and food orders were taken together at prob about 8:30ish. The brookie which is actually just a brownie and not a true brookie was good though

South House Garden - cute ambiance - Dark Disgusting restrooms!! - Food took way too freaking long for appetizers 45mins to be exact! - Felt more like a college bar. It’d be cute for a friendship date or someone you maybe like… But very cheap establishment with over hyped and over priced food - Wings : 2/10 clearly precooked absolutely nothing special about them. - Voodo shrimp : not warm the first time around waiting over 25mins again for appetizers, I was so annoyed & hurt by the wait time. Bartenders didn’t even offer a free drink for how I was treated. - happy I came in though to make sure not to come here with my friends. - Not accommodating for a table at all, I sat at the bar I was super uncomfortable. - Bartenders didn’t card anyone at all!! - 45min wait time for 2 appetizers & no offer to comp after I voiced my concern is very telling to this establishment. The manager the African kid he seemed sweet but he was too busy flirting and chatting with everyone else, and again didn’t offer to comp my $22 meal…. I don’t think I’ll be a returning customer.

Wanted to get food bartender didn’t come back until he made the gesture for a check. Then after tipping realized there was an 18% service charge for 2 people at the bar. Got in at 9. No host decided to sit at bar. Maybe would have gotten better service at table

So I traveled a long way to try this place out. Let me first say I can't speak on the food because my stay was not long. First thing that saddened me is that they removed the arcade games, and the board games weren't that in high variety and some games were missing pieces. Now there's only two pool tables and another table couldn't make out what it was though and the phone booth for photos. The decor in the front of the restaurant was really nice with swinging chair/tables, etc. Only ordered two drinks and it took so long we played 3 games on Jenga, decided to leave started putting our coats on to then the drinks arrived. You'll have to take into consideration the other reviews to get a feel on the food but I won't return. Nathan our server did good though, because of the wait for our drinks, us being ready to walk out the door when they arrived but I decided to sit back down and drink/pay for them. He discounted the bill without us even having to ask. That really made the visit worth it! Customer service is very important and he showed the ability to please the customer even when what took place was out of his control!

3 stars for atmosphere and service. Food would have been better if it was hot. I ordered the shrimp and grits but it was not hot it was lukewarm, the coffee also was not hot. Margarita tower was fire we felt it all day.
