South Bay Pizza

This is the best pizza in town Luis is great and service wonderful! Recommend .

It is a 25 minute drive from my house, and it is definitely worth it! The customer service is very welcoming. The meat lovers pizza was top tier and the wings were amazing as well. Definitely going to keep making the trip to get my pies from here

Got a large mushroom pizza. It was mediocre at best. Rubbery, burnt, and just a few slices of mushrooms. The cheese was the same you get on a frozen store bought pizza. I don’t get the reviews for this place, I guess people don’t know what’s a good pizza like. There’s plenty of places around South Bay that have really good pizzas for the same $21 or less. I would not recommend this place since there’s so many better options close to this one.

I never write online reviews but I feel particularly compelled to do so here. So, we had a birthday party for my kid yesterday (Saturday) and I called at the 11th hour of course (Friday afternoon) to order a bunch of pizzas for a throng of toddlers. So the owner walks me through the menu and suggests how many pizzas we'll need to feed 50+ folks and all that jazz. Then he asks what time I need them and I say 11 am. He tells me that technically they won't be open in time BUT he is willing to pop into the store early, make all the pizzas AND drop them off himself. I said, wow you don't need to that but he insisted it was cool. So Saturday comes and sure enough, he shows up at the park with all the pizzas and a huge smile. I say hey man, you went above and beyond here, please let me give you a good tip -- but he refuses a tip THREE times, instead just asking for good word-of-mouth if we like the pizzas. Which we did! So here I am, telling you that this is a kind human running a quality operation and they have our loyalty! Give them a try!

Very underwhelming experience! I was looking forward to it based on previous reviews! Pizza is absolutely average and there's no atmosphere there - only 2 rusty small tables with chairs outside. Not worth going.

This is the best pizza in the entire Los Angeles area. Pizza is my guilty pleasure on Friday nights, and I’ve been trying all the places I can find. Before going to South Bay Pizza, I tried a new spot each time. I haven’t tried another pizza joint since my first pizza here. The guys working are always friendly, pick up the phone quickly, and get the pies out within 20 minutes every time. The owner is this local, down to earth guy who is actually in the restaurant most of the time. You can tell how proud he is of his shop by the way he treats his costumers and his craft. I’ve already converted my family and friends to South Bay pizza. Please give them a shot. It’s a hidden gem.

I really dig this pizza place. My friend and I got a margherita pizza and some garlic knots. The food was legit good. Everything was so fresh, and I've been wanting to go back since. It also helps that it is on PCH and near the pier, so you can chill and pizza on the beach. Highly recommend.
