WARNING!!! You will overeat after just one bite! Omg! I have been to several of ATL's "soul food" restaurants in GA, and they all have been trash. BUT Soul Food Train is definitely the truth and made with L-O-V-E. I had the oxtails, side of Mac n Cheese, and Candied Yams. Don't judge my picture, I had taken a few bites of food and had to stop to take a picture. To all who left a review - Thank You!!! To the owner and chef, THANK YOU! I had a rough day today, but you and your staff's kindness, PLUS the food has truly touched my soul... you are the REAL soul food of Atlanta!

The best dang soul food in Marietta hunny I saw auntie i knew her food would be amazing she is a very sweet lady food bomb desserts bomb. I will be back tomorrow 10/10 for everything I had to stop eatting to make this review I had to tell somebody about her food Parking: Soul food train you will see the sign Kid-friendliness: She is simply amazing just like her food

Found it on Google Walked in 2 lovely ladies were there one was serving food the other a cashier The food was looking so Soul good I wanted all of it I opted 4 a veggies plate Food smells so good I really wanted to eat in my car but I decided to wait & watch TV and enjoy The Black eye peas ummm! The Mac& Cheese was cooked with love Dressing w/ gravy the BEST! That cabbage is Soul favorable I wish I ordered 2 and they gave me a piece of cornbread! When I say the ladies were so polite & the place is clean only thing is I was so Full I couldn't finish & I feel asleep but When I woke up I Devoured my food! I work in a Southern restaurants but it has Nothing on this place actually When I get off work I'm going back! I Google they open till.7 I get off at 5 to experience some more Scrumptious food my New Go to place Vegetarian options: Everything is Deliciously Yummy

I wanted to like this place from the good reviews but it must have been an off day for them.. The food was not good at all..The fried chicken most definitely was cooked in fish grease, the dressing was dry, cabbage was ok too much pepper for my liking,rice wasn't bad.. For the sake of ppl that are allergic to seafood please don't fry your chicken in fish grease! Chic was dry,dry,dry!

This is my 4th time eating here. Because the first time was so good. But since then it's been hit or miss every time. Today my okra was not edible which is sad cause the first time I ate here the okra was great! The last time I ordered the meatloaf was so so. Not sure what happened between the first time and all the times after. Unfortunate

I appreciated this meal! I was desperate to find some lunch and came up on this gem. The inside was filled with nostalgia. The food is in front of you so you can pick which items you would like for your lunch or dinner plate. I got the pepper steak with Mac and cheese and collard greens Mhm mhm mhmm!! Delish! I am a major foodie so I was completely pleased. I will def be back!! DELISHHHHHHH

I was here to pick up a DoorDash order and the food looked so good that I got a plate to go. Chris, the owner, is a sweetheart. I love that she does not serve or use pork in any of the food!!! That won me over. I had the grilled salmon plate, which came served over rice with 2 sides. I had cabbage and black eyed peas. Everything was cooked to perfection, not over seasoned. The salmon was delicious! Can’t wait to go back. This is like the soul food my mother and grandmothers cooked. Dietary restrictions: No pork!!!!
