Great Cajun-inspired restaurant. Closest thing to SW Louisiana food as you can get in this area. Wife tried their chicken and sausage gumbo today and thought it was great. FINALLY, a restaurant that knows a proper gumbo doesn't need filé. Filé is gross. A proper roux doesn't need it. And the sausage they use tastes like Beasley's-- the best sausage for gumbo, IMO.

All the food (fried shrimp, fries, blackened chicken, hush puppies) was very good. The service was outstanding ! The Blackened Po boy is excellent ! Blackened chicken Caesar salad is also very good and large. Second visit also good. Grilled chicken tacos are excellent! Excellent service!
