Sonny's Famous Steaks

I was starting to think I just didn’t like cheesesteaks after trying multiple while visiting Philly. This place changed my mind. The cheesesteaks here are delicious!

They provided great Customer service but I’d have to agree with someone’s comment about the lack of seasoning on the meat. The cheesesteak was put together well but the meat was not seasoned enough for me. The cheesesteak could have been greasier but that is my personal preference (I thought it was a little on the drier side). The fries were on point. I went on a Thursday. The line moved quickly. Parking: Parked across the street from the place. Make sure you pay the meter because the parking authority was out checking tags and writing tickets.

Got their normal cheese steak but Not sure why it was so hyped up the beef was hard and dry and there was so little cheese. Kinda mid tbh

Great food. Got caught behind a 100 sandwich order so we had to wait for a while. Cool spot.

Make sure you get there early if you want a seat. 2 people can share a Philly steak. Disappointing part was the lack of seasoning used. It is meat and what toppings you want and a lot of it. However, it tasted plain.

We are from Atlanta… we don’t have these authentic here.. bought 4 Philly Cheesesteaks
