Sonny's BBQ

I placed a doordash order and on doordash they didn’t have the turkey sandwich, so I called in to see if I could just get something substituted to that. Gabby just so happened to answer the phone and she was so sweet to me while getting everything situated. An act so small made me so happy, she even left me a little note on my receipt! If you go in, I’d definitely have Gabby assist you.

Need an order filled for a funeral service. The lady wrote down the wrong date. I was almost late for the service. No one even apologized. They said give me five minutes and it will be out. It was 20 minutes. So

Great food and service

The baked beans were sour. The brisket sandwich had an odd flavor and was mostly fat. This was by far the absolute worst BBQ I have EVER had in my life. I've always wanted to try sonny's because BBQ is my favorite but I will never go back again. Thank God it wasn't my money spent on it.

It is clear they do not have enough servers. I had to ask for silverware and then had to find the server and ask again. Also had to ask for the bill. I saw another couple leave because they could not get a server to take their order. Food is very good but what will keep me coming back is the service which is sorely lacking.

I did a take out order yesterday and added food when I picked the order up and the person who assisted me was amazing. The additional order was taken care of very fast and the food was great! Best BBQ in town!

Everything but the ribs was good. Very old and dry

Food is pretty good for fast food. Brisket was a little dry chicken was on point. Ribs word delicious. In the pulled pork was a little wet. Not too bad though.
